The container and carrier must have sufficient openings for air to enter, a reliable locking mechanism and a leak-proof bottom.

The pet should be free inside, he should be able to get up. Lattices and nets must be made in such a way that he could not stick out his muzzle, paw, tail.

How is the registration:

1. Notify the airline that you plan to fly with a pet. You can do this at the ticket office, by phone or on the website when booking.

A request to transport an animal must be sent no later than 6 hours before the scheduled flight departure.

2. Wait for the e-mail remote if that is not possible. Confirmation or refusal is received within 4 hours when purchasing plane tickets, or within 2-3 hours when sending a request on the day of departure.

3. After confirming the request, pay for the transportation of the animal or in advance upon arrival at the airport.

4. Prepare equipment, container, documents for the flight.

When transporting poultry, the container is covered with a dense cloth that excludes light.

The following requirements are imposed on a rigid carrier: length - 46 cm, width - 2 cm, height - 22 cm. Several animals of the same species can be in the carrier. They should be able to lie down in a natural position, stand up to their full height, and turn freely 360 degrees.

The soft carrier must be of such a size that the sum of the length, width and height does not exceed 96 cm.

All carriers must provide pets with access to air, be equipped with a reliable lock, and the bottom must be waterproof, covered with absorbent material, its spillage must be excluded.

If the carrier is made of dense textile, then its dimensions should not exceed 45x35x25 cm. If the carrier is rigid, the allowable dimensions are 45x35x22 cm. The total weight is up to 8 kg. These carriers are placed under the seat.

For carriers and larger cages, a separate seat must be purchased. The service "Baggage in the cabin" is ordered. The total weight of the cage and the animal in this case should not exceed 15 kg, and the size of the cage should not exceed 45 cm in width, 60 cm in length, 45 cm in height. Business class accommodation is allowed.

Remember! The cage must be securely locked, provide a normal air supply, have a hard bottom covered with absorbent material. A pet in a cage should lie freely, get up, turn 360 degrees.

Requirements for an animal and a carrier bag:

Pets over 12 weeks old are allowed on the flight. The pet should not be dangerous, aggressive or have an unpleasant smell. One carry per adult passenger is allowed. No more than two animals from one litter can be in one carrier.

The carrier and the animal together must weigh no more than 8 kg. Since the carrier is placed under the front seat during the flight, its dimensions should not exceed 94 cm in total, for example: length 40 cm, width 30 cm, height 24 cm.

How is the registration:

1. Contact the airline to find out which flights have places for animals.

2. Buy a ticket for yourself and immediately after purchase, contact the company by e-mail [email protected]. Please indicate in your letter:

• flight and ticket number,
• the weight of the pet with the carrier,
• carrying dimensions.

3. After receiving a response letter, follow the link indicated in it to pay for the animal transportation service.

Passengers with pets can only check in at the airport. You must arrive no later than 2 hours before departure.
